 Boyz Night Out

Joel Nelson Band appeared at Ralston Hall with Boyz Night Out for a very special entertainment experience.

The first thing asked at networking meeting is usually "Are You Busy?" followed by "Where, Who?" It is basic marketing. (Remember checking out hotel reader boards for information?).

Well the last couple of months have been busy and here are a few of the highlights filled with "where and who".

Manhattan Towers
Harvest Inn Courtesy of Wendy Richardson
Harvest Inn
Manhattan Towers started this season by being chosen as a Bay Area best by The Knot's brides... Sally and The Coconut Grove welcomed Manhattan Towers for a very special birthday and retirement party referred to as a "Priorities" party....  Manhattan Towers had their 12 piece band perform for Palo Alto and Stanford VIPs (including Steve Young and his wife) at the Sheraton and Westin Palo Alto for Stanford University Hospital Development Fund.  The Copacabana theme featured the area's top restaurants and was complete with Lucy; Desi and Copacabana dancers... The following week was a performance at the exquisite Flood Mansion. (Working with Anna from Dan McCall's Catering makes the events a learning experience. She is the ultimate pro)... From one beautiful location to another, Manhattan Towers also had the privilege to perform at The Berkeley Faculty Club with Richard Mayer, Barbara Luke and Kenna Richards and on the following day.  Thursday weddings are special and it was special to perform at The Harvest Inn with Angela from Lulu Events as well as Wendy Richardson... The Boulder Ridge Golf Club Pavilion and Lisa Nunes welcomed Manhattan Towers and the party was still going strong at midnight... The Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay was the venue for some fabulous parties this month and Manhattan Towers was proud to be part of three of these including a fabulous eight hour wedding under the direction and coordination of the talented Amy Monroe...  Jamie Fields and Barbara Greaves at The Fairmont San Francisco are two of the most respected catering professionals in the industry and Manhattan Towers is always made to feel welcome at their facility. (Manhattan Towers is proud to have been the New Year's entertainment in The Crown Room for the last nine years.) It was a special treat to see Jamie and Barbara twice within 24 hours for two fabulous parties and it was really special to see Jamie as a bride's maid at the wedding.
DJ Matt Riley

Matt RileyDJ Matt Riley started the month at Murietta's Well Winery.  It is always great to work with Tricia Craig, He performed at The Mission Blue Center, Fairmont Hotel's Penthouse and The Los Gatos Lodge within one week. .  A bride requested that he perform at her wedding at the Sacramento Grand Ballroom and he was happy to oblige....  Matt enjoyed working with Jessica Urruta... DJ Matt Riley performed back to back nights at the Hyatt Regency Embarcadero. He has appeared multiple times at The Fairmont this month as well as the Hovatter Estate, The Kohl Mansion and Rosewood Sand Hill Hotel.

DJ Jay and The Party Animals
Jay loves performing! Whether he is performing as a Gold Medal Jay at Hockeywinning hockey coach or at his client's events, Jay always gives a winning performance. Jay and the Party Animals helped Ally celebrate with Mario and Fremont Hills Country Club.  The following week he entertained at The Silver Creek Country Club. (Everyone loves working with Denise Fattal.)... Jay and the Party Animals brought their DJ show and Green Screen Photography to the San Ramon Community Center. Jay and Yoni performed together at The Los Altos Golf and Country Club. Testarossa Vineyards Winery welcomed Jay for an elegant wedding

DJ Max
DJ Mighty Max lights up your party!

DJ Max worked with Rachel at the Hilton San Francisco in the financial district. He followed that appearance with a performance at Hotel Valencia, El Morocco Restaurant, The Rosewood Sand Hill Hotel and The California Spirit. He brought his multi media show to Villa Montalvo where he engineered a seamless production of music, lighting, coordination all while demonstrating his warm and exuberant style as a Master Of Ceremonies.

DJ Adam Gold

Adam GoldAdam Gold found time between his TV commercials (look for him with Mike Rowe in the new Ford commercial) and his movie "Clandestine", to perform at The Cypress Hotel with Kylie Anderson and then on to El Macero Country Club with Juliane Byer.  Adam, Billy, Jarrett and Rachel had the party rocking at Sharon Heights Country Club.

I know that was a lot reading, but it only covered some of the events in this season. Hopefully it is a sign that the economy is recovering and people are ready to celebrate and party.
Thank you for taking the time to read this newsletter. I wish you all a prosperous, healthy and joyful future. Let's stay in touch.

All my best,
